Georgian director and screenwriter. She studied painting, dance, and psychology at Ivane Javakhishvili State University of Tbilisi, Albert-Ludwigs University of Freiburg, and Karl-Franzens University of Graz. In 2010, she graduated with honors in directing from the Konrad Wolf University of Film and Television, Potsdam-Babelsberg.
Her work is characterized by a poetic and humanistic approach, blending reality and staged elements to explore the aspirations, dreams, and contradictions of Georgian youth.
